Meet the Founder —
Keisha Freeman, MSW, LMSW
Keisha Freeman is the Founder and Owner of Level Up Consulting Agency LLC. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker, mental health educator, consultant, and speaker passionate about helping people move from survival to sustainable growth.
Her life and work have taught her that resilience isn’t about never breaking – it’s about learning how to rebuild. Much of Keisha’s passion comes from her own experiences navigating pressure, identity, family dynamics, leadership, and personal growth. She brings those lessons into her work with compassion, clarity, and strength.
Keisha has over a decade of experience supporting students, families, and communities in school systems, clinical settings, and community spaces. She has worked as a perinatal mental health professional, behavioral health clinician, graduate teaching assistant, client advocate, and educator.
She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Georgia State University and is completing specialized training in sports social work. She is also progressing toward full clinical licensure.
